Best Friends for Never

by Lisi Harrison
Category: religious
In a nutshell, this book is a bout a bunch of snobby rich girls who dress too old for their age, spend their free time putting other people down (because they're unconfident brats) and spending their parents' money (because they do nothing but shop, considering their nonexistent talent in academics, sports, drama, and art). They also use IMspeak a lot, and act like it's not totally lame and annoying.
If you are a brat, a snob, or insanely stupid, like the characters in this book, you'll love it. If you have decent taste or a brain, read Harry Potter, Once Upon a Marigold (by Jean Ferris), or Jinx (by Meg Cabot). {If I could rate this book as a zero I would. trust me.}

More fun than throwing up, but not much.

The Clique is back!! Massie is warming up to Claire, but what she doesn't know is that Claire has caught the attention of, (who else's?) Massie's crush, and Claire likes him back. Maybe Massie hasn't noticed because she's too busy fixing her social life. Gossip is going around that Massie isn't in charge anymore, so Massie gets the idea to have the first boy/girl Halloween party. But, Massie isn't allowed to have it unless she and Claire get along. Massie pulls out on the masquerade, but kills one of OCD's rules on the way. So now, OCD is going UNIFORM! Massie comes up with the idea to have a contest to design the uniform, and Alicia comes up with her own idea, clue.... 12 letter word for scandal........BACKSTABBING!!!! Also, Kristin and Dylan are in a fight over a guy, and Alicia has got replaced Massie with a new BFF, and the Clique is simply falling apart.
I loved this one too! In this novel, Massie seems to be losing control of the Clique. There's also a lot of suspense and funny parts. This book is great to read aloud at a sleepover, it's the best!
