Tamsin Greene’s life lacks magic. For most seventeen-year-olds, that would merely be a bummer, but it is a bigger problem for Tamsin, as she comes from a long line of witches, known for their magical talents. Tamsin’s fantastical skills should have shown up by now, and since they haven’t, it’s just easier for her to hide out at a boarding school in Manhattan, far away from her family. This plan works well, until a handsome young professor, mistaking Tamsin for her talented sister, asks her to help him find a family heirloom. Tamsin decides to hide her true identity, but the ruse proves dangerous when she discovers that the teacher may be hiding some secrets as well.
